The Way to a Man's Heart

Richie and I don't really do Valentine's Day. The first Valentine's Day we celebrated together was lovey dovey, mushy, and memorable. After that, it lost its appeal.

Thanks to our schedules, we only get the weekends to spend quality time together. I thought it would be fun to do something thoughtful and frugal to show Richie I love him. I'm not a very affectionate person, so I'm always trying to express my love and appreciation in different ways.

So for the heck of it this year, I picked up a few of his favorite goodies and attached little notes to them.

When it comes to gift-giving, I like to err on the side of ridiculousness.
